As a fully qualified and accredited Domestic Energy Assessor, I am authorised to produce Energy Performance Certificates which are lodged on the central Landmark register.
The EPC assessment is typically done within 72 hrs of booking confirmation and the certificate is usually available within 24 hrs of the assessment and in most cases on the day of the assessment.
All lodged EPCs have a 24-digit RRN (Report Reference Number) which can be used to retrieve the report from the
Landmark website.
An email with a link to the registered report is sent on completion along with a PDF copy of the EPC report and the 'Asset Rating' (used by the Estate Agent for the property particulars) as required.
A printed hard copy of the EPC report can be provided on request.
EPC + Floor Plan
The EPC data requires measurement of the property floor area as standard. As a natural extension to this service, floor plan sketches can be created at the same time as an EPC appointment. The floor plans are completed on CAD to a professional quality using industry standard software such as Metropix or Mobile Agent. Example Floor Plan
